I haven’t always felt at home in my body.
Like so many women, I learned how to push through, disconnect, and keep going even when something inside me was asking for something different.
It wasn’t until I began working with my breath and my body that things started to shift.
Not by forcing change…
but by learning how to listen.
Now, through breathwork and somatic practices, I guide others back to that same place—
a place of safety, connection, and trust within themselves.
My work is rooted in nervous system support, trauma-aware practices, and a deep respect for the body’s natural pace.
